Because we are in a remote area, on the outskirts of the village of Oseredek, very out of reach, surrounded by forests, for everyone who wants to work remotely in a natural setting, we have high-speed WiFi internet in the cottages and rooms - fiber optic. For those looking for rest, blissful laziness, relaxation in the company of singing birds or concerts of frogs, we recommend deckchairs, terraces and plenty of places for picnicking. For active people, there are bicycle and walking routes nearby, nature trails in nature reserves, 8 km kayaking trips, 4 km reservoir. We do not live on site, we leave the entire area at your disposal, we can only show up to mow the grass or clear the snow from the entrance. We border a forest and a wild pond, and the nearest village buildings are 300 m away behind the tree line. Roztocze is the sunniest region of Poland, there is as much iodine in the air as on the Baltic Sea, we are far from cities, crowds, traffic jams and smog. You will find a place for a bonfire and a barbecue here. We have two huge hectare plots right next to the forest. On one of them, we built a 2-person cottage by the pond with a hot tub and a jacuzzi for exclusive use, it is the only cottage on the premises, with a view of the forest, year-round with air conditioning, a fireplace and underfloor heating. In the house you will find an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a screen + projector. On the second plot entering the forest we have a 2-person Cottage M with a terrace among the trees, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a fireplace; 4-person Cottage L with a terrace among the trees, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a fireplace; 2 people Room no. 1 with a goat, bathroom and kitchen; 2-3 people Room no. 2 with terrace, fireplace, bathroom and kitchen; 2 people Room no. 3 with a terrace, bathroom and kitchenette. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the forest, and watch hares and deer from the rooms and houses.
