We offer you a comfortable apartment with an area of 110 m2 for 4-7 people in the attic of a private house in the Spa. The "Poziomka" apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (3+2+2), a kitchen, a spacious living room (dining room) with TV, a corridor and a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a large flowered garden with a gazebo, a swing and a barbecue area, as well as free parking. We apply the principle that we rent the attic only to one family (or a friendly group of people) at a given time. Therefore, our guests have great comfort of relaxation, silence and freedom, without the hustle and bustle of other holidaymakers. The large area of the apartment and well-thought-out arrangement of rooms allows for comfortable accommodation of up to seven holidaymakers. The hosts provide their guests with access to a recreation room with a billiard table and a small gym, which is an advantage on rainy days. Children have plenty of space to run, play football, badminton and basketball. There is no problem with storing bikes. The clean Tabor River flows through the property. You can sunbathe freely on the small pebbly beach or in the garden. Attractions nearby "Poziomki": 300 m away there is a new recreational swimming pool and behind it the Spa Park with a water pump room, a brine graduation tower and cafes. Nearby there is a playground, tennis courts and an outdoor gym. For a longer stay (over 13 days) and a larger number of people (5-7), the price is negotiable. If necessary, it is possible to accommodate two additional people - on sofa beds in the living room. We guarantee a nice, homely atmosphere and beautiful views.
