The advantage of the apartment is its location - very close to the sea - approx. 4-5 minutes walk to the promenade, beach and port (eastern beach), 50 m to a small restaurant, inexpensive in the season, as well as a park. There is a seaside pine forest nearby, creating perfect conditions for rest among the silence of the trees. An interesting fact is the location of the apartment - in a former villa and guesthouse district established in the 19th century.
Approx. 300 meters to the newly opened exclusive swimming pool complex in Ustka (with an aqua park), which includes, among others: a swimming pool with healing brine water and an outdoor swimming pool, but also a world of saunas. On the premises of the Grand Lubicz Hotel there is the only café in Ustka with terraces overlooking the sea - "Panorama Lounge Cafe & Tarace
