Aurum cottages
We present you comfortable, spacious, year-round houses with a wooden structure - two-story, heated by a fireplace.

Cottages with an area of 82 m2 and a terrace can accommodate up to 8 people. everyone.
The cottages are located 600 m from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, 100 m from the largest outdoor Aquapark in Poland and close to many tourist attractions in the middle of a beautiful, fragrant pine forest.

On the ground floor of the house:
- A spacious, air-conditioned living room with a fireplace, equipped with a comfortable corner, bench, armchairs, 42' digital TV with SMART function (Youtube, Netflix), radio, fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet, Playstation3 with games for children,
-Outdoor kitchen, fully equipped (sink, fridge with freezer, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, cutlery, kitchen utensils.
- Spacious bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washbasin)
On the first floor of the house:
- Bedroom 1 has: Large double bed, single bed, children's cot.
- Bedroom II has: Double bed, single bed.
Both bedrooms are closed and separated by a corridor with a separate toilet.

-In addition, we took care of your children and installed lockable gates that prevent them from going up and down the stairs, so your children will be safe.

-The houses have separate alarm systems to ensure the safety of our guests,
-The houses are also equipped with cots, high chairs, a sun umbrella, a screen, an ironing board, an iron and a clothes dryer.
- Each house has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture (table with benches, deckchairs, closed grill and an additional picnic table with a large umbrella)

- The center has a spacious playground for children, rich in various toys, sandboxes and swings, large trampolines, a house with a slide and swings, sandboxes with toys, a garden house, a slide, climbing, slides, swings and toys.
- The entire area of the center is fenced and planted with various trees
- There is a laundry room at the guests' disposal
- Fenced, lighted, free parking

The houses are located at Łąkowa and Spokojna 9 streets

- electricity meter fee PLN 1.9/KW (average electricity consumption is approximately PLN 10 per day for the entire house)
- tourist tax PLN 2.80/person/day
- deposit of PLN 300 (collected on arrival) (paid upon departure after checking the house)
- the reservation is active when the deposit is paid. In the high season, weekly stays apply, at least from Saturday to Saturday.
- stay day lasts from 3 p.m. to 10 the next day
- pets after prior arrangement with the owner
