The house is located on a lake with a nearby beach and walking paths between trees along the coast. This location makes you feel calm and quiet. Imagine walking barefoot to the lake every morning with a cup of coffee in your hand? Or maybe you will revitalize your mind and body with a morning swim in the lake?

The house is freshly renovated, purposefully designed and finished with characteristic accents. From the fully equipped kitchen to the soft cotton bedding and eco-friendly mattresses ensuring a blissful sleep. Every detail has been thought out and arranged to support your relaxation and holistic renewal.
The house consists of two separate apartments (on the lower floor there is a Corner for the Soul, and on the first floor there is an Oasis for the Mind), each of which has a separate entrance.

The property is located on a private plot, which is completely fenced, with a lockable entrance gate. Our guests have a garden, patio and two parking spaces at their disposal.

We welcome guests all year round. The house is fully air-conditioned (in winter the air conditioning serves as heating). We also offer access to free internet.

Each of the two apartments consists of:

- living room with kitchen (large, fold-out sofa, TV, table, coffee table, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island),
- separate bedroom (double bed, wardrobes),
- hallway with wardrobe and large mirror
- bathroom with shower.

Amenities:

- dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washer-dryer, oven with microwave function, iron and ironing board,
- fresh bed linen and towels, prepared for the declared number of Guests (two or four people),
- air conditioning (in winter it serves as heating),
- access to free wifi,
- parking space for Guests on the premises (behind a locked gate).

We accept well-behaved pets, but not on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.), please inform us in advance if you wish to come with a pet.

Location

The area is green and quiet, it is a dream place for walkers, people who value peace, quiet and proximity to nature, and people who dream of relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and everyday life in the bosom of nature, while at the same time having access to civilization (restaurants, shops, etc.) if necessary.

Within a few minutes' walk there is the Wityng hotel and recreation complex, and in the same direction (opposite Wityng) there is the nearest grocery store, only 2-3 minutes away (approx. 300m).

There are many walking trails in the area along the lake shore and in the forest. Also great for cycling. There is also no shortage of entertainment for the youngest (playgrounds). There are restaurants, shops and tourist attractions nearby.
