I am offering a year-round house (for 8 people) for rent in the Masurian Lake District, in the town of Powałczyn.

The house is located on the edge of a forest, very close to the clean Lake Nożyce, making it an ideal place for those seeking peace and connection with nature.

The house measures approximately 180 m². On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a dining room, and a living room with two fold-out sofas.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with two sofas, an armchair, a large table, and a TV, as well as a large bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed.

Towels, bed linen, and kitchen equipment are provided.

Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, dishes, cutlery.Outside there is a large covered terrace, which will provide a perfect place for relaxation and shared meals outdoors.

The house is insulated, adapted for year-round rental. Heated by a fireplace with a water jacket. Underfloor heating has been installed on the entire ground floor, and in the rooms the heat source is radiators.

The property is completely fenced, and around the boundaries grow tall arborvitaes, which hide from the neighborhood and provide a sense of privacy while relaxing on the plot.

Guests have at their disposal deckchairs, lounge furniture and a barbecue. In the second part of the property there is a place for a bonfire, where you can prepare meals.

A charming forest path leads to the lake, which can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. The very clean Nożyce Lake affects the quality of relaxation by the water - you can swim in it and fish. The lake abounds in pike, tench, perch, bream and roach. On the lake itself there is a beautiful, large pier, sandy shore and plenty of space to relax, including a place to sit.

The proximity of the forest provides a wealth of forest floor - blueberries, raspberries and mushrooms, and the numerous forest paths are ideal for cycling.

The rental price is PLN 470 / day + electricity consumption according to the meter.

Rental for a larger number of people, e.g. 9 or 10 max 12 - individual price.

A security deposit of PLN 500 is required, collected on the day of arrival in cash, and is returned on the day of departure.

It is possible to come with a dog, after prior information when making the reservation. The cost of the stay is PLN 10 / day.
