The house is located on a water lagoon in the picturesque village of Radków at the foot of the Stołowe Mountains with a view of Szczeliniec and the Stołowe Mountains Landscape Park. The house is located right next to the forest and approx. 100m away. from the lagoon, also from the terrace you can admire beautiful mountain views. The cottage is two-story with a terrace. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms, and on the ground floor there is a living room, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, cutlery), TV, hair dryer, iron, bed linen and towels. In addition, there is a place for a bonfire and a grill by the house. There is a parking space next to the cottage. Price list 2023 for the whole house: - May, June, September: PLN 350 / day - June - July - August: PLN 370 / day The prices apply to the entire house, regardless of the number of renters, there can be no more than 5 renters.An additional fee is a tourist tax in the amount of PLN 2.50 per person per day, paid to the Town and Commune Office in Radków. Costs of water and electricity included in the price. 5 nights Outside the holiday season, we rent a house for min. 3 nights IMPORTANT!!! due to the reconstruction of the bathing beach at the Radków lagoon in the period 2022-2023, it will not be possible to use it. The water in the lagoon will be drained. The renovation is expected to last until mid-July 2023.
