I invite you to relax in my wonderful house located directly on Lake Drawskie, in the Drawskie Lake District
Drawskie Lakeland is one of the most beautiful and naturally attractive regions of Poland. Part of this Lake District is occupied by the Drawsko Landscape Park, which is itself a natural gem.
In the Drawski Landscape Park there are special regulations regarding nature protection. They are designed to preserve this unique region in the pristine condition in which it is today.

The area where the house is located.

The cottage is located by Lake Drawsko, about 2 kilometers from the picturesque town of Czaplinek.
Drawsko Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Poland.
Large, with crystal clear water, extremely picturesque, with a varied shoreline. A paradise for sailors, fishermen and people seeking relaxation in the bosom of pure and pristine nature.
The plot on which the house is located has an area of about 600 m2, dimensions 20m x 30m.
Its shorter side is directly adjacent to the lake and has its own coastline towards the south-west (sunny).
The plot is enclosed by a 1.9 m high fence which makes it inaccessible to outsiders. A hardened public road, illuminated after dark, leads to the plot. The area and the house itself are equipped with alarm systems.
The plot has tall trees that grow so much that there is both sun and shade. There are also special, shaded places for parking a car or the so-called Bus (camper). The plot area is level, well-groomed grass grows on it, the care of which is facilitated by automatic watering controlled from the house.
The whole thing is really unique ..

The location of the cottage

The cottage is situated directly on the shore of Lake Drawsko - on the border between land and water.
The house has a terrace with an area of about 35 m2. You can sunbathe and admire the lake views; beautiful both during the day and on starry nights.
On the terrace there are solid garden furniture, i.e. a table, two large wooden seats and a bench. So you can eat meals in the open air - in the sun, by candlelight and in the light of the moon.
From the terrace, wooden steps lead down to a private pier, which is at the exclusive disposal of the house's residents. The lower pier is already located by the lake's water.
You can lie down on the lower pier, fish from it, moor a boat or yacht to it and enter the water to take a bath. A rowing boat for the residents of the cottage is tied to the pier.
The water depth at the pier is approximately 60 cm. The bottom is sandy, gently sloping, which enables safe bathing for both adults and children.
The water was very clear.
A well-thought-out whole, ie plot - house - terrace - pier - lake, gives the image of an extremely attractive place to rest for people with high aesthetic and tourist expectations.

Description of the cottage

It is a wooden house made very carefully of pine wood. Two-story, functional in every way and in every detail.
There is a room of approximately 30 m2 downstairs
The wall of this room on the lake side is a panoramic window giving a beautiful view outside. The room has a desk suited to its character with a view of the lake. There is cable Internet access at the desk. There is also wireless Internet in the whole house, the so-called WiFi.
There is a TV receiver in the room, as well as the so-called radio tower with CD player. Next to it there is a fold-out rattan sofa for two, a small rattan table and two rattan armchairs. On the opposite side is a folding table and four matching chairs. Under the stairs leading to the upper floor there is a pine chest of drawers with four drawers. On the floor there is a color-matched carpet. On the wall there is a mirror and relevant pictures. There are also beach chairs and deckchairs for residents.
There is an open kitchenette directly adjacent to the room.
It is equipped with standing cupboards, a cooking surface, a sink with running hot and cold water, a refrigerator, a quick-boiling electric kettle, a coffee machine, a hob, a microwave oven, a fragrance extractor, all necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. You can easily prepare all meals there, from breakfast to lunch and dinner.
In the passage, next to the kitchenette, there is a large wardrobe - with six shelves, storage space for blankets, air mattresses and a place to hang clothes such as coats or dresses.
There is a bathroom next to the kitchenette.
It has a washbasin with a mirror, w.c. , shower cubicle, electric blower, exhaust fan, washing machine, shelves for small items, two basins of different diameter, stool. towel dryers etc.
Wooden steps lead to the upper floor.
There is a second large wardrobe on the landing.
At the top there are two separate rooms with lockable doors. One room is on the lake side and the other on the plot side.
The room on the side of the lake has an area of about 11.5 m2 and the room on the side of the plot is about 8.5 m2.
There are two beds in the room on the lake side. There is an open wardrobe container under each of them, and a stylish bedside lamp above each bed.
Under the window, there is a long table top that serves as a desk, next to it, two chairs and cabinets for small items. A carpet on the floor gives the room a nice, warm character. In front of the desk is a window with a great view over the entire lake.
The second room on the first floor overlooks the plot from the window. In this room there are also two sleeping places, two chests of drawers, chairs and lamps. There is also carpet on the floor.
In both rooms upstairs and downstairs there are special nets. the so-called mosquito nets to prevent mosquito access, e.g. when you sleep with the windows open at night.

The whole house is equipped with very useful knick-knacks and amenities that make life easier for its inhabitants and make their stay more pleasant. It is a pleasant, tasteful and functional whole, ideally suited for (not only summer) relaxation. You can also relax in it in spring, autumn and even in winter, because it has electric heating and you can stay in the cold season (and in winter) in he is also very attractive.
The cottage is very attractive not only in itself, but also because it combines direct contact with nature and comfortable infrastructure in a rare way.
At a distance of about 800 m there is a small yacht port, boat, canoe and yacht rental. Daily cruises around the Drawskie Lake are organized here, during which visitors can visit extremely attractive corners of this great reservoir.
Right next to the yacht port (the so-called marina) there is a diving equipment rental and it is possible to take a basic diving course. Drawskie is very attractive because it has not only waters where the wind can be really strong, but also those where you can enjoy surfing in less demanding conditions. There are surf instructors on site. It is also possible to rent a board with a sail.
There is a canteen in the marina where you can order full board or just single meals for a reasonable fee.
In the marina there is a charming café with a terrace, where you can relax in a pleasant atmosphere in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine, admiring the charm of the surroundings.
The town of Czaplinek is no more than two kilometers away.
Access by car in just a few minutes. It is also nice to walk along the lake shore along a lovely path. There is everything you need in the town. Grocery stores (some open 24 hours a day), other shops of all industries, two pharmacies, doctors, post office, restaurants, pubs, a bank, a bus stop with intercity connections, a railway station, churches, a police station, workshops car etc.
Everywhere very close.
