On the ground floor (35 sq m) there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. On the second floor, 35 sq m, slopes only from 40 cm. from the floor, which increases the area utility. There are two separate bedrooms with three or four beds and a second toilet, which is an advantage for night needs, especially for children. For the safety of your children, there is a gate installed on the first floor near the stairs. And
Cottage 50 sq m + 20 sq m terrace.

On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom, and on the first floor there are two separate bedrooms for 3 and 4 people, also with a gate by the stairs.

The complex of ten houses is built on a large 35-are plot (3,500 sq m), which allows our guests to relax outdoors. There is also a playground for children on the plot.

Parking is on the property, fenced and free of charge.
