We invite you to stay in our newly built comfortable houses located about 500m from the sea and 300m from the lake. Zielony Zakątek is a great place to relax for families with children, with a playground and a barbecue area. The houses are located in a birch forest in the area covered by the "Natura 2000" programme. The first 10 houses were built 4 years ago, while the next 10 are located 100 meters closer to the sea and were commissioned in July 2019. On the premises there is: a playground for children with a trampoline, a stone grill, a banquet shed, a smokehouse, a stocked pond, a working historic fire engine, a restored FSO Warszawa militia vehicle, a cannon. with garden set. They are designed for a maximum stay of 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with relaxation, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, pots, cutlery, dishes) and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds and cabinets.We also have 2 parking spaces for motorhomes. We offer our guests: a public summer kitchen, grill, screens, deckchairs, bicycles, go-karts, and for the smallest guests a playground with a slide and a trampoline. The resort area is fenced. In the immediate vicinity of the resort there are: a port, the Dziwna River, Dino market, ATM, eagle, marina. Price list for the 2023 season: In the high season (24/06 - 02/09) we rent houses for weekly stays from Saturday, 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m. Outside the high season, we accept shorter stays after prior contact. The confirmation of the reservation is the payment of PLN 500 deposit within 3 days from the moment of booking. The deposit is not refundable in case of resignation. The order in which the deposits are paid is also the order in which the houses are allocated. The first 10 are in one location, while houses 11-20 are located 100 meters closer to the sea. On the day of arrival, we charge a fee for the stay and a refundable deposit of PLN 300 to cover any damage caused in the cottage. The tourist tax is set and collected by the Municipality of Dziwnów. The confirmation of the reservation is the advance payment within 3 days of specifying the date of stay. 2. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not refundable. 3. On the day of arrival, we check guests in on the basis of an ID card. 4. The payment for the stay and the deposit are paid in advance on the day of arrival. 5. The deposit is used to cover any damages and will be returned on the day of departure after checking the premises. 6. For a delayed or shortened stay, the amount due for unused days is not refundable. 7. Before leaving, please leave the house in the condition in which you found it. 8. No smoking in the cottage. 9. It is forbidden to fry fish and any dishes that leave an oppressive smell in the house. 10. It is forbidden to rearrange the furniture according to your own needs. 11. Visitors to our guests may stay on the premises of the facility until 22.00. 12. The owner of the resort is not responsible for vehicles parked free of charge in the resort and valuables left in the cottage. The car park is unguarded. 13. Please comply with fire regulations. 14. Please do not disturb other holidaymakers. 15. Quiet hours are valid in the Center from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the morning. 16. Please report any defects arising during the use of the house on a regular basis. 17. Parents or adult guardians appointed by them are responsible for the safety of children on the playground. 18. Pets only on request. 19. The owner of the dog is obliged to have the dog's health book with the current vaccination against rabies. The dog in the resort is to be under the full control of the owner. The dog cannot stay alone in the house and disturb the rest of other campers.
20. Failure to comply with the basic rules of public order at the center may result in calling the city guard or the police. In the event of a nuisance disturbing the rest of other guests, the owner of the resort may ask the fussing guest to leave the resort without refunding the cost of the stay. 21. In matters not regulated in these regulations, the owner decides. The payment of the deposit means acceptance of the regulations.
