Two houses for up to 10 people Two houses are located on one large property (80 ares) with its own shoreline, on Lake Kałdunek in the village of Rudzienice, away from the center of the village. It is the perfect place for true relaxation and rest among the birds singing. For our guests there is a private beach, an outdoor tub overlooking the lake, own pier, kayaks, a boat. Description of the property: • two wooden houses with roofed terraces • parking space • private beach • pier • floating equipment - kayak, canoe, boat (life jackets provided) • field kitchen • 2 brick grills - large, one of them has two steps • smokehouse • a place for a bonfire by the lake with benches • conservatory - a glazed shed for relaxation by the lake with a fireplace (it is very good to sleep here) • a rocking bench and a garden set to sit on • a playground • a tub a'la a lighted dining room with garden furniture adapted to eat meals outdoors. There are 3 double rooms in the house, one of which is a living room with a fireplace. Bathroom (hot water boiler), kitchen (two-burner stove, kettle, fridge + freezer, glassware and standard kitchen equipment). Separate entrances to the rooms from the side of the shed.Cottage II for 4 people, comfortable In the house there is a living room with a fireplace and TV (with the option of watching outside - a rotating rack in the wall) connected to the kitchen (cooker - induction hob 4 hotplates, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, comprehensive kitchen equipment - pots, dishes, glassware, mixer, toaster, toaster, grinder, blender, waffle maker). Bathroom with cabin and boiler. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa (2-seater), in the dining area there is a table with chairs, then a bedroom alcove separated by a wall with a fireplace and a double bed. The whole is a cozy and charming interior. In front of the house, a roofed terrace, also the possibility of eating meals. The attraction is a wooden tub heated and illuminated in 5 colors, located outside, roofed with a view of the lake!! The equipment includes an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels on your own. Conditions of booking During holidays, rent only both houses together as a whole, out of season, it is possible to rent one. Reservation in the season minimum 6-7 nights (June-August, off-season minimum 2-3). The condition of the reservation is to pay an advance payment of about 45% to the account within a maximum of 3 days from the initial reservation, the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival.
