We invite you to the Holiday House in Kołobrzeg - Open all year round! The resort is located in the most beautiful, central spa district of Kołobrzeg at the main walking promenade on which there is one of the largest fountains in Poland with a length of 70 meters, a huge playground for children about 400m2 and only 100 m from the guest house right next to the Stefan Żeromski Park very green, quiet and calm street Mikołaja Kopernika 6. The illuminated pier is located 10 minutes walk from the guest house. The following sanatoriums are located in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday House: BALTIC PEARL (former COMBATANT), MESKO, OLIMP, RAWAR, NIWA, SAN, WISTOM, IKAR, LECH, POZNANIANKA, ZORZA, SŁONECZKO, MEWA, GRYF, MUSZELKA, BALTIC , ARK, PROVITA, FORTUNA, WAGMA, DOZAMEL, Ministry of the Interior, POSEIDON, NATURE AND MEDICINAL ESTABLISHMENTS and many attractions, among others: swimming pools including brine, tennis courts, bike paths, cafes, fish shops, wellness rooms.WE PROVIDE TOURIST VOUCHERS

Each room has a bathroom, fridge, kettle, dishes and TV.

We have 2 one-room apartments with kitchenettes. These apartments have independent entrances from the property.
One-room apartment for one person, price ranges from PLN 130 to PLN 190 depending on the period of stay, length of stay and date of stay.

We also have a two-room apartment for 4 people with a kitchenette and a balcony, 1 minute from DW Magellan. It is located in an apartment building on the main promenade, next to the fountains, 2 minutes from the sea.
The apartment building is adapted for disabled people and has a ramp.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

The hotel day starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m

Towels are available upon request and can be replaced once every two weeks.

When booking, please pay 30% of the cost of your stay as a deposit, the remaining fee is payable in cash on arrival.
We do not provide refunds in the event of shortening the stay or the guest's cancellation.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
