Plowce House was based in 2012 with intention to serve European Football Championship EURO 2012. this is three floor high a semi detached building. Location of the Plowce house is end of city centre just 10 min walking distance from Old Town and Gdansk Main Railway Station. We are close to Medical Academy and student village. You can reach University of Gdansk taking a 25 minute ride by one bus number 115.

We have single, double and triple bedrooms . Rooms are equipped with a basic facilities according to rooms to let standard. There is internet access access to fully equipped kitchen and tv in every room. Family with many children are very welcome.

For a student and working people we are offering reduced priced adjusted to the tenant needs.

Rooms reservation via telephone or email
Reservation is confirmed only after pre paid deposit. Cancelation policy is up to 3 days before guest arrival.

In case of guest never show in first day of stay, deposit won’t be refunded.
The outstanding amount of money need to be paid on arrival day

In case of an early departure from a tenant reason three days will be taken off as a charge
The rest days when where pre paid will be refunded back to the same way as were paid.

Check in time is 12 noon, check out time is 11 o clock. Any late check in after 11 PM must be prearrange in advance and should be confirm by a landlord.

Between 10pm and 6am should You keep quiet any laud noises can’t be made.
In case not fallowing roles tenentment will be terminated the same day.

Any time of leaving the building all doors and windows must be close for security reasons.

Car park is free of charge, unsecured is located next to the house on the local drive way.
For extra charge we rent secure place on the car park inside of house.

Any damage will be done during rent by the tenant must be reported to the owner straightaway. Guest might be charge for damage when is needed.
