The facility is located in the city center. Adapted for disabled people (elevator, ramps, appropriate room with bathroom). Nearby there is the Warmian-Masurian Philharmonic and the New Town Hall. Facilities include a catering restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage and free WiFi throughout. There is a private, monitored, unguarded parking lot on the premises.

Our Hostel is a perfect starting point for visiting the region of Warmia and Mazury, i.e.: the Museum of Folk Architecture in Olsztynek, the Wolf's Lair (Hitler's headquarters), the Marian Sanctuary in Święta Lipka, the Grunwald Fields, the Sanctuary of Our Lady in Gietrzwałd, the Elbląg Canal.

Each accommodation option at the property is equipped with a desk and a TV. All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe. Some rooms have undergone a metamorphosis in 2024.
Near the Hostel Relaks there are numerous attractions, such as the Planetarium in Olsztyn, the Municipal Stadium in Olsztyn, the Aura Centrum Olsztyn shopping center, and the Central Park, where kayaking trips are organized in the summer season.
The nearest airport is Olsztyn-Mazury Airport, 58 km from Hostel Relaks. Access to the facility from the main station (PKP, PKS 1.6 km), city bus 107, 120, tram 2.3.
