Our house is located approx. 30m away. from Lake Ławki. We have prepared an apartment for guests consisting of two rooms, a bathroom and a spacious, stylish kitchen - dining room. The whole area is over 50m2 and is designed for 5-6 people. In the larger room there are two single beds and a double (fold-out) sofa, LCD TV, and many interesting books "for bad weather". The smaller room has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the kitchen there is a fireplace "goat", a large oak table with chairs and a sideboard with a set of dishes and necessary utensils, a built-in counter contains: a fridge, a gas cooker, a sink and storage for pots, pans, etc. The windows of the kitchen and the larger room "overlook" the garden and the smaller one - to the lake. The entire property is fenced and has an area of 0.5 ha. There is a romantic and quiet garden with numerous plantings. Among several hundred species of plants - trees, shrubs and flowers, you can find many original and rare ones. The decoration of the garden is certainly also the most beautiful in the area - an old, giant lime tree. In the center of the garden there is a large shed with a table and seats. There is also a large grill and a place for a bonfire. For sweet moments of relaxation and fun with children, three different swings, a hammock, a trampoline, a badminton court and a mysterious "witch's house" invite you.Guests have an independent entrance to the property from the lake side. There is garden furniture, a barbecue and a veranda with a wooden table and benches.
Guests have access to WI-FI (on the entire property), a parking space, a clothes dryer, bicycles, a water bike (kapokas - for adults and children of all ages), a rowing boat, and recreational deckchairs). The use of the above-mentioned equipment is free of charge.

By the lake there is a public recreation area with a beach, a pier, a large shelter with seats, a fireplace, a volleyball court, a children's playground and benches. This area is fenced and located on the western side, so in the evening you can admire the unique Masurian sunsets.
Fishing permits can be purchased in the village.

The price for one day is:
up to 5 people PLN 330. (for all);
6 people PLN 380. (for all).
Guests do not incur any other costs. The hosts provide bed linen, toilet paper, wed. cleanliness, etc. (towels are not provided). The hosts' cleaning is "final" - guests take care of it during their stay
for your own order. Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.

The village of Ławki is a small, quiet settlement. It is an ideal place for people who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and truly relax while enjoying the beauty of the Masurian landscape. Fishing permits can be purchased on site. Lake Ławki is a "silence zone" and its shore is shallow and safe for children. There is a forest nearby (500m). The nearest town (Ryn - 3,000 inhabitants) is 4.5 km away. You can find numerous places worth visiting here: a regional museum, a castle, an observation tower, a rope park, a walking path around the lake. Ołów, picturesque lakefront. Ryńskiego, swimming pool, water equipment rentals, restaurants and shops - including a regional store offering products from Masuria and Warmia.
