The area with the facilities is located on a quiet, peaceful street leading directly to the lake and the beach. At the same time, the side street where our holiday center is located is only 500 meters away from the center of Ruciane-Nida, where tourists who want crowds of people and agglomeration traffic will find numerous bars, restaurants, discos, sailing ports offering cruises and numerous yacht ports. We accept reservations at any time during the year. The scope of our Accommodation in Masuria begins with renting single rooms for individual clients or families with children, and ends with renting entire houses exclusively for organized groups, large families or companies. We also offer houses for rent for groups. These are houses in Masuria of a high standard, allowing you to accommodate up to 20 people in comfortable conditions. In the houses, guests have at least a few comfortable dormitory rooms, each of which is equipped with a bathroom, TV, WIFI, fridge, terrace. Next to the rooms there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table or a lounge. On the other hand, downstairs of each house there are rooms equipped with billiards or other games that can also be used to have fun. Accommodation RELAX - Information The resort is equipped with a gym, saunas, Jacuzzi, billiards, a fireplace room, grills, garden gazebos, own piers where kayaks, boats, pedal boats, yachts and motorboats can be moored. For children we have: swings, ping pong, table football, darts. The property is fenced. Parking for our clients is free, unguarded and unattended. In the high season, we do not guarantee an internal parking space, it can be a parking lot directly in front of the facility. On the beach there is a playground, a volleyball court, a designated place for feasting with a bonfire. The hotel day in our facility starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00, therefore, if you do not leave the room by this time, if it has not been previously agreed with the hosts, you will be charged half of the accommodation rate. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning. Guests from outside staying in our facility after 22:00 must be reported to the hosts. On the day of departure, the room is collected by the hosts and any shortages or damages will be added to the bill. Payments for accommodation are to be made by customers immediately upon arrival, in exceptional cases on the second day after arrival. The fees are paid for the entire booked period of stay, in the event of shortening the stay, the amount accepted by the owner is not returned. Other information on tourism and the regulations applicable during your stay can be found on the information boards and guides placed in our resort. There are also business cards of our facility, which you can keep for the future or pass on to your friends. • one-day charter - 200% surcharge; • two-day charter - 100% surcharge; • three-day charter - 50% surcharge; • four-day charter - 15% surcharge; • return of an unclarified / uncleaned yacht - PLN 200 surcharge; • emptying the chemical toilet - PLN 200 surcharge; • cruise with a helmsman - surcharge PLN 200 per day + meals; • pet allowed on board after agreement with the lessor - PLN 200 surcharge; • an animal on the yacht not reported before the charter and revealed during the charter or when returning the yacht - PLN 600; • unjustified call of the Owner outside the home port - PLN 2/1km + a one-time additional fee of PLN 200. Note: Any additional fees should be paid to the lessor on the day of collecting the yacht (before departure). Only surcharges for returning the unclarified / uncleaned yacht and emptying the chemical toilet will require payment when returning the yacht or will be deducted from the deposit. Note: If the Lessee delays the return of the yacht for reasons attributable to him, the Lessee shall be obliged to pay the Lessor a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 100 for each commenced hour of delay counted after 10:00 am on the agreed day of returning the yacht.
