THE SERVICES

PARKING LOT
We make available for our guests free of charge monitored, unguarded parking lot. We do not take any responsibility for any theft of guest’s car or damages suffered in our place.

SOCIAL PREMISES
In our place on the basement ground, there are public available social premises and smoking lounge.

SEASONAL GRILL
We make available summer grill plus garden furniture to our guests.

IRONING
You can use an ironing board and iron. For this purpose, please, contact the Owners.

INTERNET CONNECTION
Wi-Fi is free-of-charge and available throughout the place.

THE ROOM’S EQUIPPMENT
Please, inform the Owners of the demand for towels, hairdryers.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash payments, bank transfers and credit cards.

KITCHENNETTE

We offer our Guests two public available kitchenettes equipped with fridges, cookers, microwaves, electric cookers, ovens and dishes such as mugs, glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking pots.

BICYCLES RENTAL
We make available bicycles for rent to adults and children according to the Price List found on the information board.

ROOMS

Our offer contains 70 lodgings.
In each room you can find a bathroom with shower.
The standard equipment of each room involves also
TV set, sheets, towels and Wi-Fi for free.
You can find also public available kitchenettes in corridors.
In the case you stay with a baby, it is possible to place a touristic baby carriage in the room.
You must not smoke in room.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Owners highly appreciate your cooperation in complying with the Terms and Conditions which aims to provide peaceful stay of our guests.

A room is rented on a 24-hour basis. The 24 hour period starts from 2 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m. the next day.

Lights-out period applies from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and over this period of time persons who are not checked-in cannot stay in room.

Rooms are issued on the day of arrival. It is possible to prolong the term of stay only in the case of available lodgings.

It is not allowed to smoke in hostel. If the ban is not respected, you are incurred with additional costs.

Pets’ stay in room is possible after prior consultation with the Owners.
We may refuse to admit a guest who at his / her previous stay blatantly violated the Terms and Conditions or in any way disturbed our Guests’ peaceful stay or the place order.

Our Guests take physical responsibility for any kind of damage to the components of equipment or technical facilities caused as a result of their fault or the fault of their guests.
Our Guests should notify the damages to the Owners as soon as they notice them.

Please, keep the place clean and do not leave your shoes in the traffic routes such as lounge or kitchenette.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FIREFIGHTING SAFETY

In care for your safety, please, read the information below.

In case of fire, smoke, please, inform the Owners (+48 604 586 483) or Fire department immediately.

Please, give number of the room in which you are staying and the information of the danger.

Please, stay calm, do not panic and follow the instruction issued by the Owners.

If fire occurs in the room in which you are staying, please, leave the room immediately and close well the door. This way we will avoid spreading the fire to other parts of the building.

Please, leave the building through the exit route.

Please, do your best when rendering assistance to the injured.

Marklowice can be proud of its astonishing location with numerous hills along their borders surrounded by forest complex. For the neighbouring agglomerations such as Rybnik, Wodzislaw Slaski, Jastrzebie Zdroj and Zory, you can use the local attractions during your stay.

The Family Amusement Park „Trzy Wzgórza” [Three Hills] is a place full of various attractions for entire family, considered the biggest one in Silesia. The park alone occupies 24 hectares of surface. There are several facilities, including the complex of sport fields, area for hide-and-seek game, ropes course, track for bowls and caps game, track for the remote-controlled models, pin bowling track, labyrinth, skate park, Jordan gardens, racing bike track BMX, sport fields for team games, hiking and bicycle trails, places for grill and playground and rope playground. In the park, there is also a big amphitheater which seats 800 spectators. There are 150 parking spaces designed for the visitors of the park.
