We cordially invite you to relax in a new fragrant holiday home located in Kucbork. The cottage is located in a picturesque, quiet area, which is an ideal place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage is located just a few meters from the river and a large pond. The nearest lake, Głęboczek, is about 8 km away. Convenience for guests is the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport located just 9 km away (possibility of transfer from or to the airport). The cottage has two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. The house can easily accommodate six people. The living room has a glass stove that creates a cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings. On the ground floor there is a modern bathroom with a hydro massage shower and a deep paddling pool for our youngest guests. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace. It is a 2-hectare estate with a fireplace, benches, a banquet table, a swing and a pond where you can fish during your stay (fishing rods are available from the host).There is peace and quiet around, lots of greenery and fresh air. The surrounding forests tempt amateurs of undergrowth with an abundance of berries and mushrooms. Vast forest complexes surrounding our property are a natural habitat for many animals. There are roe deer, deer, hares and foxes as their refuges. Various birds have found their place of residence in the wetlands near our pond. Birds invite to concerts throughout the day, and cranes and frogs in the evening. The forest is a paradise for cyclists (there are wonderful bicycle routes nearby). This place is a haven of peace that exudes a soothing silence. The noise of the forest provides peace and regeneration. You can plan a longer vacation or a weekend getaway for the whole family. The cottage has a bathroom, kitchenette, electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishes, TV, garden furniture, bed linen and towels. Pets: Pets are allowed in the cottage. Food: The nearest grocery store is 200 meters from the cottage. At a distance of 4 km, in the village of Wielbark, there is the Karczma Leśniczanka restaurant, famous for its Kitchen Revolutions, where tasty home-made meals and venison dishes are served. In Wielbark, there are also other eateries, where you can order dishes by phone with free delivery. Attractions in the neighborhood: • Forest educational trail "Nad Sawica" (2 km from the site) - Along the marked trail there are several educational stations in the form of boards informing about selected phenomena occurring in the forest and devices used in forest management. The perfect lesson for children and teenagers. • Picturesque bicycle path "Papiernia" (2 km from the site) - Papiernia - This is an extremely picturesque place on the Sawica River (on the border of Szymany, Sawicz and Wesołowo Forest Divisions), today commonly known as Papiernia, in the 10th century it was an important industrial center together with the neighboring Kucbork. • Głęboczek Lake (8 km from the facility) - it is a deep, clean reservoir with a fairly narrow and steep shoal. Surrounded by forest. There is also a clean bathing area on the lake. • Canoeing on the river on which the cottage is located. • Ruins of the Teutonic Castle in Szczytno (18 km from the facility) - The facility was built in 1360, at the beginning it had a wooden form. It was built by the Teutonic Order. The brick castle was built on the site of a wooden castle in 1370. Over the years it has performed various functions. The castle has become a ruin that we can now visit. • The Masurian Museum in Szczytno. The minimum stay is two days. The maximum number of people in the cottage is 6.
