For the highest comfort of our guests, we kindly inform you that all rooms are ozonated before the guests' arrival. Due to this, we unfortunately had to change the start and end times of the hotel day.

The Magdalena guesthouse offers accommodation in Szklarska Poręba.

The fabulous location of the Magdalena Guesthouse, surrounded by forests, with a beautiful view of the entire Karkonosze range, is a guarantee of peace and enjoyable relaxation. At the same time, the distance to the city center is only 800 meters, to the railway station - 500 meters, and to the nearest store about 400 meters. Right next to the Magdalena Guesthouse there is a hiking trail leading to the "Wysoki Kamień" peak.
We have 55 beds in various rooms and apartments.
Each room has a balcony with a view of Szrenica, a bathroom with a shower and towels, tea and coffee making facilities, TV and Wi-Fi. Some rooms and all apartments also have a fully equipped kitchenette.
The area of the guesthouse is over 4,000 square meters, which, in addition to the hotel buildings, includes:

Reservation regulations at Pensjonat Magdalena

Pensjonat Magdalena accepts reservations using the following methods:
-by phone
-by electronic means - e-mail
-in person at the guesthouse reception
1.Booking procedure.
The customer books a stay in the guesthouse using the above-mentioned means of communication. At the time of contact, the reservation is unconfirmed and should be treated as information about availability.

The reservation is considered confirmed after the Customer makes a deposit (advance payment, prepayment) in the amount of at least 30% of the value of the booked stay within 3 days of concluding an unconfirmed reservation.

In the transfer title, please enter your name and surname and the date of your booked stay.
After the deposit (advance payment, prepayment) has been credited to our account, the Customer will be notified of the reservation confirmation by e-mail, telephone or letter if there is no other way to confirm the reservation.
2. Cancellation of the reservation.
a. Failure to pay the deposit (advance payment, prepayment) within the deadline specified in point 1 will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
b. In the event of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days before the date on which the stay at the guesthouse was to begin, the deposit (advance payment, prepayment) will be fully refunded to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
c.If the reservation is canceled after the deadline indicated above, the deposit (advance payment, prepayment) will not be refunded.
d. In the event of shortening the stay due to reasons attributable to the client, the guesthouse does not refund the costs of paid and unused accommodations. The client has the right to a refund of paid and unused, due to the shortened stay, amounts resulting from additional services of the Magdalena guesthouse, such as meals, billiards, sauna, spa. .
3.Payment for the stay.
The customer is obliged to pay for the booked stay on the day of arrival. The payment will be reduced by the amount of the previously paid deposit (advance payment, prepayment).
The customer is also obliged to pay a mandatory fee to the city of Szklarska Poręba. The fee is currently PLN 2.20 (person) for each day of stay, including the day of arrival and the day of departure.
4.Privacy policy
In accordance with the EU GDPR regulation of April 27, 2016, which aims to protect natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and regulate the free flow of such data, we would like to inform you that all personal data necessary to book our facility, i.e. e-mail address , name and surname, residential address, PESEL number and telephone number are used by us only to provide the tourist service.
We do not share your data with third parties, except when it is made available as a result of an obligation provided for by law.
Personal data is secured.
The data administrator is PHU Bławatek Barbara Kozak with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Zdunowska 5. The owner of the company is Barbara Kozak.
The administrator uses customers' personal data only for accounting purposes and activities leading to the fulfillment of the tourist service contract.
Your personal data will be stored by the administrator for the period necessary to provide the tourist service correctly and for the time required by law in the field of bookkeeping and accounting.

Information about your rights

Providing personal information is voluntary. Each person providing their personal data has the right to access data, rectify data, the right to limit processing, the right to delete data, the right to object to processing, and the right to submit a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority.
The basis for the processing of personal data provided when booking accommodation in our facility is the implementation of the contract, the details of which are described in the facility's regulations.
