Compliance with these regulations is to ensure the peace and safety of all guests' stay. Reservation: • Reservation of the apartment means acceptance of the regulations. • Reservations are made in writing via a written message: date of stay, date of arrival and departure, contact details, number of people in the apartment and time of arrival.• Within 3 days from the date of confirmation of the initial reservation (unless agreed otherwise), the Lessee is obliged to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay. • In the event of non-payment of the deposit within the deadline agreed by the parties, the Lessor has the right to withdraw from the contract. • The Lessor pays the remaining amount due for the stay on the day of arrival. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF CUSTOMERS, COLLECTION OF THE KEYS, PAYMENT 1. HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TO BE DETERMINED ACCORDING TO NEEDS. 2. Handing over the keys and picking up takes place after prior notification by the Customer and agreeing the time of collection. 3. The check-in procedure requires the Guest to show a photo ID. 4. The payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival, less the advance payment. 5. The owner makes the room available after paying 100% of the booking value and after paying the deposit and presenting an identity document. 6. There is a possibility to park your vehicle next to the building where the rooms are located. The car park is unguarded, the owner is not responsible for the vehicle or property left in it. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT 1. The Lessee undertakes to use the subject of the lease only for residential purposes and may not sublet the apartment or use it free of charge to third parties. 2. The number of people in the apartment cannot exceed the number reported in the booking process. 3. The tenant is obliged to respect the principles of good neighborliness. In the event that the Lessee significantly violates the peace or well-being of the neighbors and does not comply with the commonly used standards of coexistence between people, the Lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice and is then not obliged to return the Lessee money for the unused period of stay. 4. The Lessee is obliged to keep the apartment in the same condition as at the beginning of the stay. Moving furniture and household appliances / audio / video devices, which are the equipment of the apartment, is prohibited. 5. There is a curfew in the apartments from 22.00 to 7.00. 6. The Lessee is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault or the fault of people staying in the apartment rented by the Lessee during the term of the apartment rental agreement. 7. In the event of damage, the Customer should notify the Owner immediately after its discovery. 8. The Lessee is responsible for the keys, and in the event of their loss - is obliged to cover the costs of purchasing and installing a new lock or anti-burglary insert. 9. The Lessee is obliged to pay special attention to the proper operation of water valves and electrical devices. Due to fire protection, the Lessee may not use any electrically powered devices that do not constitute the premises' equipment, except for: computers, razors, hair dryers and mobile phone chargers. 10. Organizing all kinds of events in the apartment is not allowed. CANCELLATION, NO ARRIVAL OF THE CUSTOMER, CHANGE OF CONTRACT TERMS • Information about the change or cancellation of the reservation should be sent to us in writing, via e-mail. • If the Customer resigns from the reservation, the down payment is not refundable. • Lack of the Customer's arrival or contact on his part on the agreed day of arrival results in releasing the apartment for re-booking the next day.
• We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract or offer a different apartment if, for objective reasons (force majeure), it is not possible to use the booked apartment. If the replacement apartment does not meet the customer's expectations, he has the right to withdraw from the rental agreement, and the advance payment will be refunded in full. • The landlord is not obliged to return the money for the unused period of stay. • In the event of any disputes that may arise from the performance of the contract, the parties will seek to settle them amicably, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, the parties will submit the dispute to the General Court. • The client's personal data will be properly secured and, with his consent, used by us only for the purposes of providing services. In accordance with art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016). • In matters not regulated, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of August 29, 1997 on Tourist Services shall apply. • Any personal items left in the apartments by our guests will be sent to the address indicated by them at their expense. • The description of the apartment equipment is an integral part of the regulations.
