We offer rest in a quiet place of Władysławowo, near the park, without the noise and fumes.
Car parking - in front of or on the property.
The facility is located in the middle distance from the beach and the center. In a separate part of the house (with a separate entrance for guests)
We have 5 beds in rooms for 1-2 and 2-3 persons. The rooms have balconies on the east side.

We provide (free of charge) a parking space on the property, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.

It is 10 minutes to the city center and the railway station,
to the beach about 15 minutes, to the Olympic Preparation Center (Cetniewo) about 15 minutes, to Ocean Park 10 minutes.

Important information:

THE HOTEL DAY STARTS AT 2:00 PM AND ENDS AT 10:00 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
THE RESERVATION CONDITION IS TO PAY A DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT:
PLN 100 - 500.

After obtaining confirmation of the availability of the date, the temporary reservation is valid for 3 days.

The rest of the payment for the stay + local tax is payable on arrival and is not negotiable.

In the event of resignation from the stay or early departure, we do not return the deposit and the amount paid (Article 394 of the Civil Code)

*** REGULATIONS OF STAY *** (Reservation of stay is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations)

- The day starts at 14:00 and lasts until 10:00 on the day of departure.

- Quiet time is valid from 22:00 to 06:00.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room.
- Please do not use electrical devices that are not provided in the room.
- It is forbidden to use open fire in the room, e.g. candles, gas stove, etc.
- It is not allowed to cook or fry food in the room (except for the microwave oven).
- Additional linen change and room cleaning during the stay are payable.
- When leaving the room, please turn off the lights and pick up the phone. TV.
- Please ventilate the room and keep it clean.
- Segregation of waste is mandatory.
- There is no possibility to play football on the property.
- Dogs do their needs outside the fence, do not sleep in bedding and do not run loose around the property.
- Only registered persons are allowed on the property.
- Please inform the owners of the facility immediately about any problems and faults during your stay, and in the event of our absence,

- Guests who end their stay are required to report to the owner of the facility in order to return the keys and check the room.

The end of the rental agreement is understood as proper check-out, in accordance with the RULES OF STAY posted on the website of the facility and the information provided in the facility.
