Guest rooms "SAWA" cordially invite everyone to the quiet and attractive town of Ustronie Morskie. Our guests have rooms for 2, 3, 4 and 5 people at their disposal.

Rooms offer:
- full sanitary facilities
- TV
- hotel fridge for an additional fee of PLN 5/day.
- additionally in the building - access to the kitchen, equipped with a stove, fridge, dishes, tables and chairs.
Our monitored facility includes a parking lot, a mini playground for children and a barbecue area.

We accept pets.

- pubs, restaurants, evening clubs,
- a community center with a library,
- numerous cafes, bars and fish restaurants.

STATUTE

RENTAL OF GUEST ROOMS "SAWA".
WE WILL VALUE YOUR COOPERATION IN COMPLYING WITH THESE REGULATIONS,
WHICH IS TO ENSURE A PEACEFUL AND SAFE STAY OF OUR GUESTS.

1.Guests can use the parking lot on the property free of charge.

2. There is a playground for children. Their parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of children on the premises.

3. Guests have access to a grill and an equipped kitchen. Please keep it tidy and clean (each time you use it, you are obliged to clean up after yourself).

4. Smoking is prohibited in the facility (rooms, balconies, bathrooms, kitchen) and waste segregation is prohibited.

5.The room is rented for 24 hours. The day starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m.

6. The fee for the booked stay is charged in advance.

7. The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he paid the fee has not expired.

8.The room price does not include cleaning during the guests' stay.

9. After the stay, the room must be left clean and the bed linen removed.

10.The guest should notify the landlord about the damage immediately after discovering it.

11. Visitors of our guests may stay on the premises, except in rooms, upon prior arrangement
upon agreement with the owner /if visitors occupy a parking space, the fee is PLN 5/hour/

12.The behavior of guests and visitors should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
The landlord may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

13.The facility has a quiet night from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.

14. The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the room and throughout the facility resulting from his or her fault or the fault of guests visiting him or her.

P.S. Due to the notorious drafts in the building, please close the door quietly using the handle.
To ensure cleanliness, please wipe your shoes thoroughly before entering the building.
