A summer house, new, just built, smelling of freshness and wood, with air conditioning, all year round, heated. There is also a garden sauna with a sea bath, aromatherapy oils and woolen hats. Area 50 m2, a living room with a kitchenette, downstairs bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. A fold-out sofa in the living room. Upstairs a spacious mezzanine, sleeping for two people. Together, it gives us the possibility of accommodation for 2-5 people. The cottage is located in Żuromin near Stężyca, about 50 km from Gdańsk, 15 km to Szymbark, the heart of Kashubian Switzerland. It is a few minutes walk to Lake Raduńskie, there is the Kozia Góra recreational complex with a sandy beach, a pier, a playground for children, a volleyball court and a water equipment rental (kayaks, pedalos, boats with oars or an electric motor).At your disposal on the plot is an area with a total area of 4000m, which consists of 2 parts, 1000m of developed plot surrounding the house and 3000m of natural plot covered with pine trees, in which hammocks and stork nests for children will be suspended. In this part, there is a designated place where you can make a fire. There is a place to park 2 cars on the plot. For your comfort during your vacation, I assume that the house is designed for a maximum of 4-5 people. In Żuromin, you can buy ecological food products from a farm. The location of the house also allows for comfortable sightseeing of the Kashubian region: 1. Stone Circles - Węsiory distant about 12 km. The cemetery was established in the 70s and 80s AD during the arrival of the Goths and Gepids in Pomerania from the area of today's Sweden. 2. Szymbark (15km) located in the heart of Kashubia, there is a recreational complex with a famous upside down house, the longest board in the world. 3. Wieżyca (17km) is the highest hill not only in Kashubia, but in the entire European Lowlands. On the top of the mountain there is a 35m lookout tower.
