We invite you to an independent, wooden house "Pod Brzozami" („Under the Birches”) for up to 6 people. You can reach it comfortably and quickly from cities along the axis Warsaw (180 km) – Gdańsk (160 km) via the recently renovated S7 route.

Gąsiorowo Olsztyneckie is a Masurian village with a permanent population of around 100. The road leading to the village ends here, so the traffic of cars and tourists is very limited.
The village is surrounded by forests and fields, which offer space for walking, picking mushrooms, blueberries and wild strawberries.

In 10 minutes you can walk to the lake, to a small beach with a gentle descent into the water.
The lake is surrounded by dense forest and is in a quiet zone, so you won't hear any scooters or motorboats on it. However, you can catch perch, pike and minnows, and the water is so clear that crayfish live in it.
It is a good location for visiting regional attractions such as the open-air museum in Olsztynek (10 km), canoe routes from Swaderki (20 km) and Waplewo (9 km), the astronomical observatory in Olsztyn (30 km), the Marian sanctuary in Gietrzwald (35 km), or the Fields of Grunwald (15 km).
The house stands on a spacious, fenced plot (2000 m2). The plot has neighbours. There is a birch grove with hammocks and a separate place for a traditional campfire. A tripod with a grill grate, available on site, can be set up over the campfire.
Children can create their own play base in the garden tipi.
Guests with pets are welcome without extra charge. Dogs are allowed to run around the whole area without a leash. The plot is fenced with a wooden homestead fence.

The house has a large, covered terrace where you can eat meals and play board games, even when the weather is not good.

On colder days you can warm up by the fireplace or use the underfloor heating.

There is a foosball table and a large selection of board games.

Pod Brzozami is a space, that we have arranged so that it is, above all, comfortable and casual. The house is spacious - it is 85 m2.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area, fireplace, TV from terrestrial antenna, sofa bed (foldable as a bed for 2 people), connected with the kitchenette.
There is also a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine and access to the terrace.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed 180x200, and a fold-out armchair/mattress 80x200.
The second bedroom with a double bed 160x200, and a fold-out armchair/mattress 80x200.
There is also a toilet with a washbasin.

We provide guests with bed linen, towels, blankets.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, blender.

Prices are for renting the entire house.
