The house is located close to the beach and the entertainment center (approx. 200 m., 10 minutes walk), has approx. 100 m2 of living space and is located on a 5-acre, fenced plot. It is decorated in a modern style and has full equipment that ensures comfort of rest. Ground floor: Living room with a 2-seater sofa, with a fireplace and access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen - oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large covered terrace with garden furniture. Our house is pet-friendly, it is also possible to accommodate an animal in a hotel in Włodawa (about 5 km from the house). You must report your arrival with your pet. The area around the house is fenced, parking spaces are on the property. During the holiday season, we accept guests for minimum one-week stays. Accommodation: from 15:00. Check-out: until 10:00. It is possible to arrange individual check-out and accommodation hours. The basis for the reservation is an advance payment of PLN 1,000. The deposit is payable by bank transfer. The deposit is non-refundable. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible before paying the deposit. We charge the remaining amount for the stay on the day of arrival together with a refundable security deposit of PLN 500. Other dates of stays require individual arrangements.
