WILLA HYDROGRAF, a facility built in 2012, decorated in a navigational climate, with Wi-Fi, free bicycles, parking on a fenced property and the possibility of observing the sky through telescopes. The villa is located in a quiet and green area of the Ustka health resort. The beach is 15 minutes (approx. 900 m) through the seaside forest with a new illuminated walking and cycling path, 3 minutes by car. The location of our facility is conducive to peaceful relaxation, and the tourist center of the city (approx. 2 km) provides access to entertainment and many tourist attractions. Numerous new bicycle and hiking paths in the seaside forest encourage healthy hiking in the area. We offer comfortable, modernly furnished guest rooms with bathrooms and a 2-room apartment as well as: - a publicly accessible living room of 45 square meters with a children's corner, 50" TV, PlayStation 3 and 4 + move, toys, a large chest of LEGO bricks, a large wooden train ( chest) board and logical games, two bookcases with books for children and adults, other toys,- three fully equipped kitchens: large additional refrigerators (also in the rooms), induction hobs, oven, microwaves, sandwich makers, dishes and cutlery, automatic coffee machine, highchair.

We have a room with a bathroom accessible for disabled people.

Publicly available are:
- deck chairs and beach chairs,
- sports equipment: various balls, rackets, (there is a new pitch with a playground and an overhead gym nearby)
- iron and ironing board
- drying room under a shelter outside.

We also provide our guests with free access to:
- parking on a fenced property (large and easy to maneuver),
- bicycles (for children: running bikes and with 4 or 2 wheels, youth bikes, for adults and with seats), scooters, ride-on bikes,
- possibility of observing the sky through various telescopes.
- outdoor dryer for wet towels, laundry.
- garden with places to relax and grill (stationary and portable grill), two terraces, tables, deckchairs, garden swing.
- small playground: trampoline, two slides (large and small), sandbox, swing, two playhouses and a ship, ride-ons.

PRICE LIST HIGH SEASON (holidays) - we book stays of min. week (arrivals/departures excluding Tuesdays and Thursdays):
double room with bathroom: PLN 180-200/day
3-person room with bathroom: PLN 220-230/day
3/4-person room with bathroom for 4 people: PLN 230-250/day
4-person room with bathroom: PLN 240-260/day
2-room apartment for up to 6 people: PLN 270/day (up to 5 people, first and last week of vacation) -PLN 330/day, PLN 300 -360/day (6 people, as above)
extra bed / additional person: PLN 30-50 depending on the selected option and length of stay (prior reservation required for extra bed)

MID SEASON PRICE LIST (MAY DAY, CORPUS CORPUS, JUNE 10-22) - we book stays of min. 4 nights
double room with bathroom: PLN 160/day
3-person room with bathroom: PLN 180/day
4-person room with bathroom: PLN 220/day
2-room apartment for 6 people: PLN 250/day (up to 5 people), PLN 280/day (6 people)

LOW SEASON PRICE LIST (until June 10, September) - we book stays of min. 3 nights
2-person room, 3-person room with bathroom for 1 person: PLN 100-120/day
double room with bathroom: PLN 140-160/day
3-person room with bathroom: PLN 160-180/day
4-person room with bathroom: PLN 200-220/day
2-room apartment for 6 people: PLN 230/day (up to 5 people), PLN 250 (6 people)
Prices are determined individually, depending on the length of stay.
The lower price range applies to stays of min. week.

SHORT STAYS 3-4 NIGHTS - HIGH SEASON PRICE LIST APPLICABLE.
Spa fee for the commune is payable according to the current rate for a given year.

Non-smoking building (smoking allowed outside the building). The property is fenced and safe.

Near:
approx. 150 m, public playground for children with an overhead gym, fireplace, playing field,
- approx. 200 m - center where you can buy breakfasts and lunches
- next to it, the R10 international bicycle route leads, among others, to Rowy
- approx. 1.5 km - stud farm/equestrian center

The stay begins at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

In the high season (July-August) we book stays of min. weekly, outside this season stays min. 3 days.
Seasonal facility, open approx. May-September (depending on accepted reservations.

For the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept pets.
