You can enjoy the on-site attractions or take advantage of jogging, cycling and hiking routes. We leave at your exclusive disposal a new 200-meter house, finished to a high standard, located on an over 1000-meter plot with the shoreline of Lake Serwy. The house consists of three levels. The first level is: 1. A living room with a unique view of the lake, equipped with a very large and comfortable sofa and a TV set. Although you will probably forget about turning on the electronic devices, while having a view directly from the couch at the extraordinary spectacle taking place outside the terrace window. Especially in the evening at sunset.2. A spacious kitchen equipped with the necessary, completely new appliances (dishwasher, induction hob) and a large comfortable table, at which up to 12 people can sit freely. 3. Very bright bedroom with large windows and a bed for sleeping. 4. A comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet. The second level is characterized by exceptional spaciousness due to the height to the ceiling reaching 4.5 m and consists of: 1. A bedroom with a beautiful view of the lake directly from the large bedroom bed. 2. A bedroom (with a bed) connected to a mezzanine, which will be a great place for children to play. 3. A spacious bedroom with a bed and exit to a comfortable, large balcony overlooking the lake. 4. A modern bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the basement level: 1. We have organized a great place for the youngest guests - a nearly 40-meter bright and spacious playroom. Guaranteed fun even on a cloudy or rainy day. 2. Extra large bedroom. High-speed wi-fi internet available throughout the house. The house is situated on a fenced plot, which gives a sense of privacy and security. 4 cars can be parked freely in front of the house. At the rear there is a terrace overlooking the lake. This is the place where freshly brewed morning coffee and afternoon glass of good wine taste best. A large lawn with a trampoline for children ends with a private beach. Right next to the descent to the lake there is a large table with benches and a barbecue area. Guests can use a comfortable hammock. Guests have at their disposal a large rowing boat, which can be used to circumnavigate the entire lake and the three islands located on it. Our unique place provides peace and quiet so necessary to relieve stress, regain strength and rest. The simultaneous proximity to the store, places where you can enjoy a tasty home-made dinner and good communication when you want to take advantage of the attractions offered by nearby towns, allows you to take care of any emerging need. It is worth bearing this in mind when choosing our home. Stay and prices Our house is an ideal place for families with children. 10-12 people will feel comfortable here. The price depends on the date of stay. In the high season, PLN 1,000 / day, in the medium season PLN 1,200 / day and in the high season PLN 1,500 / day. In the low and medium season, the minimum rental period is 3 days for PLN 1000 / day or 2 days for PLN 1300 / day. In high season, the minimum period is 7 days. Deposit required. The condition for making a reservation is the payment of 30% of the total. Practical information The nearest shop is 350 m away. In the summer season there is a bar nearby, where you can eat regional dishes, Polish cuisine and fish from the surrounding lakes. In the nearby town of Płaska (approx. 3.7 km), several places with tasty home-made dinners, fresh fish and local specialties are open in the summer season. Serwy is one of the most beautiful and cleanest lakes in the area, distinguished by its color and transparency. There are three islands on it: Sosnowo Island (cormorant reserve), Lipowo Island and Dębowo Island. At the southern end of the lake, there is the beginning of the canal that drains excess water to the Augustów Canal. The variety of fish living in it proves the purity of the water: whitefish, carp, bream, perch, roach, whitefish, pike, bleak, rudd. Our town is located among the Augustów Primeval Forest, which is one of the largest Polish forest complexes. Pine and spruce forests lead here, but we can also find alder trees and oak-hornbeam forests here. Often you can come across trees that have reached the age of 120, and less often even 200 years, and a height of up to 40 m. It is a great place for mushroom pickers, as well as for hiking and biking enthusiasts.
