We invite you for an idyllic holiday by the sea, in the vicinity of Niechorze, Pogorzelica and Rewal, to an atmospheric country house located 7 km from the beach, among picturesque fields, surrounded by greenery. The location of Green Holidays allows you to combine holidays at the seaside with rest in the climate of agritourism - away from the bustle of seaside resorts, in excellent conditions to relax, mute and recharge the batteries. We offer you two types of facilities: - a rural holiday home suitable for 2 families or 3 couples (up to 6 adults + up to 3 children) - comfortable single-family holiday homes. These facilities are located on neighboring plots, separated by greenery. The recreation area is shared (playground, sandpit, trampoline, hammocks, mini rope park, place for a bonfire). Each plot has a separate entrance and communication routes. By choosing Green Holidays you can count on relaxing in a small charming village, off the beaten track but with good access to the sea, including more peaceful and secluded beaches. All houses that belong to the Zielone Zielone object have large roofed terraces equipped with garden furniture. We provide you with Wi-Fi internet access throughout the entire property. On surrounding farms you can buy local products: eggs, honey, vegetables and seasonal fruit.MAIN OBJECT - VILLAGE HOLIDAY HOUSE The atmospheric two-storey house is completely renovated. It has a large covered terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture. The house is surrounded by a fenced and developed green area - a lot of bushes, old trees, gazebo, designated parking spaces for guests. A shared recreation area with a playground and other attractions is also available. The house is a comfortable base for 2 families with children or 3 couples. It has 3 independent bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. On request, we provide a travel cot or extra bed (fold-out bed). The house gives the possibility of deploying max. 9 people (including children) assuming the sleeping of small children with parents in a double bed or in a cot / on an extra bed. PRICE: rent - PLN 380 per night for the house + additional fees: utility fee for utilities (electricity, water, sewage) - PLN 200 per week (flat rate) cleaning fee - PLN 250 per stay The fees apply to the rental of the whole house and are independent of number of guests (up to a limit of 9 people). Bedroom ground floor: 1 double bed + 1 single bed; three-door wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs, dressing table with mirror. Bedroom A floor: 1 double bed + possibility to add a cot; three-door wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, chair. Bedroom B floor: 2 single beds; three-door wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, chair, table. Living room with fireplace: corner sofa bed (2 seater), chest of drawers. An additional room is the so-called "open space" located on the first floor. It can be, for example, a fun place for children, or a living room for guests living on the floor. The houses are located on a large plot (about 2000 m2), which allows their guests and persons relaxing in the "Holiday House" to rest in a private environment (facilities fenced off with greenery, separate entrance and communication routes).
Each of the holiday houses is intended for one family (max. 5 people). It has a spacious living room with a fold-out sofa, a mezzanine bedroom, a second independent bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Exit from the cottage leads to a large, covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture. Both the dining room of the house and the terrace offer a soothing view of the green fields and the forest. One part is the area of the "Village Holiday House" and the other part is the "Holiday House". The facilities are conventionally separated by greenery. Contact us Contact us RULES OF ACTIVITY * The stay starts from 16.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure ( arrival and departure times can be individually agreed, depending on adjacent reservations). * In high season (July-August) weekly stays apply. * Reservation of the date after 30% advance payment. * The payment for the stay is settled on the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer up to 2 days before arrival,. * A deposit of 700/500 PLN is charged on arrival to cover any damage. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, after checking the condition of the object. * By prior arrangement, it is possible to rent accessories for small children free of charge: travel cot with bedding, high chair, toilet seat, children's platform, stair gate; * For two-week stays, it is possible to use the washing machine (after agreement).
