In 12 people, in 4 rooms we lived in a non-renovated part. Everything ok, above all clean. The only small downside was the lack of a kettle in the room, but the public kitchen and canteen was equipped with all possible appliances, so it wasn't a big problem. Swings, barbecue, benches and a beautiful view of Giewont from the balcony outside. And the biggest advantage was Mrs. Monika. Kindest and fantastic cook. For little money you could eat a decent, home-made delicious dinner. 3 minutes to two shops and a bus stop. I highly recommend.
