I am renting a 2-room apartment in the new AWIATOR investment (put into use on July 2014), characterized by a high standard of finishing (photos). The building has 24-hour security and monitoring at the gatehouse. It has four high-speed elevators. There is free parking in front of the building. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has an area of 48.50 m2. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a small room and a large bathroom (approx. 6 m2). The premises are modernly decorated and furnished. Permanent access to the Internet (Wi-Fi) and digital television is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. The rooms have 2 double sofas. The stylishly decorated bathroom includes original equipment and a washing machine. Perfect apartment for 2 people, but can be used by 4 or even 5 people.
