We offer new, comfortable apartment (43 m2 area). It is situated by Zdrojowy Park, near moste beautiful polish beach’s.

Two – room apartment with balcony, lift ald drive(way) for wheelchair is located on second floor in the building.
Apartment is located on Paderewskiego Street 24, and is situated between Center and new promenade.
Everywhere is close:

- Beach is about 700 m
- Post office and bank 150m
- Grocer’s shop, vegetables shop and chemist’s 50m
- Big garden for children 100m

The flat is designed for 4 people.
There are living room whit kitchen annexe, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine
, holl and balcony.

We have our own parking place.

- Kitchen: store with ceramic plate, fridge, sink, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, tableware, pots, frying pans, cutlery, big table with four chairs.
- Living room: two sofa, chest of drawers, cocktail cabinet, TV, digital television, CD, DVD
- Bedroom: bed for two people, two bedside table with lamps, two big shelfs, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, two chairs and table on a balcony
- Holl: stand, cabinet, mirror
- Bathroom: shower with deep paddling poal, toilet, washbasin, mirror,washing machine
- The other: ironing board, iron, dryer, hoover, hair dryer, bedcholathes, towels. Screen, blanket and sunshade on beach.

In the summer season (from 20th June to 30th August) apartament is rent for seven days (from Saturday 2p.m to Saturday 10 a.m)

After season apartment is rent minimum for 7 day.
In July and August, Wi-Fi in the rental price (in the remaining time on request).

Świnoujście is a city and seaport on the Baltic Sea and Szczecin Lagoon, located in the extreme north-west of Poland. It is situated mainly on the islands of Uznam and Wolin, but also occupies smaller islands, of which the largest is Karsibór island, once part of Usedom, now separated by a Piast canal (formerly the Kaiserfahrt) dug in the late 19th century to facilitate ship access to Szczecin (Stettin).
