An apartment in Willa Karczyn in Lower Silesia is not just accommodation, it is a lifestyle. Spacious interiors (130 m²) wrapped in comfort and convenience offer everything necessary for a successful stay.
A cozy living room with a soft sofa, comfortable armchairs and Smart TV with HBO MAX will become your favorite place for evening movie screenings, shared board games or moments of relaxation.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room will make it easier for you to prepare meals every day. You'll find everything here, from a coffee machine and toaster to a fridge, dishwasher and stove with oven. The cabinets contain pots, dishes, cutlery, spring water, a set of herbal teas, and Lavazza capsules with aromatic Italian coffee.
We provide free wireless Internet access throughout the apartment and free, unguarded, partially monitored parking.

Accommodation in three comfortable bedrooms, where everyone will find their own place to relax and sleep (a total of 6 single beds with memory foam and two fold-out sofas), of course with an electric socket next to the bed, tables and space for clothes. There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. The bedding set is included in the price.
Two bathrooms will provide you with comfort and convenience. The larger one has a washbasin, bathtub, shower, bidet and toilet, and the second one - tiny, is equipped with a washbasin and toilet.
There is a hair dryer, a washing machine and detergents, as well as mud and sulphide cosmetics for body and hair care. Towels are included in the price.

In summer, next to the terrace, we set up a frame swimming pool (4.5 m x 2.2 m) with water usually at a temperature of about 28 ° C, guaranteeing refreshment and fun for children and adults.

The windows of the gazebo offer a view of the Niemczańsko-Strzelińskie Hills, which are part of the Sudetes Foreland. You can also see the ancient and mysterious Góra Ślęża, rising majestically over the area and shrouded in numerous legends.
