We offer comfortably and functionally furnished 1 and 2-room apartments for rent.
Each apartment with a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
Kitchenettes fully equipped. The standard and equipment of the apartments guarantee a comfortable stay.
We also have a 2-room apartment adapted for disabled people.
We have several apartments in each of the proposed locations.
We can offer family or a group of friends renting adjacent apartments.

Our apartments can be found in popular and famous locations:

- Nadmorskie Tarasy: the newest apartment complex directly in the port.
Guests have at their disposal an indoor swimming pool, saunas, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, children's playroom, and green terraces on the roof of the building.

- Rezydencja Spacerowa: apartment building in the immediate vicinity
seaside park, close to the pier

- Rezydencja Portowa: high-story apartment building near the pier, seaside park,
port bridge, yacht port.

- Maritimo Residence: apartment building directly on the port, close to the lighthouse.
Some of our apartments have a sea view

- Spa zone: apartment building at ul. Kasprowicza in the vicinity of the facilities
sanatoriums and hotels. Across the street there is a playground for children and a tennis court.
Close to the seaside park, the sea and the amphitheater.

- Solna Apartments: new apartment building near the seaside park.
The apartments we offer have a high standard of equipment.
Rented apartments also have individual garages (additional fee).

The apartment rental price depends on the season and the number of days of stay.
A one-time apartment service fee is added to the total rental value.

Minimum rental period:
- from June 15 to August 20, the minimum rental period is 7 days
- on other dates as well as during holiday periods and the so-called long weekends minimal
the rental period is determined separately.

We do not offer 1-day rentals!
