We cordially invite you to Świeradów-Zdrój, a picturesque spa town located in the surroundings of the Jizera Mountains - it is the perfect place to relax at any time of the year. We offer our guests two apartments and two rooms with kitchenettes and bathrooms. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Apartment "Agat" - ul. Zdrojowa 19, 59-850 Świeradów-Zdrój A self-contained flat with an area of approximately 50 m2 in the center of Świeradów, on the main promenade in terraced houses. The interior is made in a non-trivial way: partly in wood, and partly in a regress, with charming bevels. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom, at the entrance a small hall (living room) with stairs. The rooms and kitchenettes form a whole. Partition walls are made only partially without full separation of rooms. The kitchenette is equipped with kitchen furniture, refrigerator, gas stove, kettle and basic kitchen utensils. In the flat there is also a TV with a satellite decoder, an iron, a set of bedding and towels.The rooms have one double bed, one sofa bed for two people and a double sofa bed. Possibly a single bed. The apartment is equipped with central gas heating, the temperature is set by the guests themselves, depending on their needs. Our guests can use free parking spaces 50 meters from the apartment in a fenced yard. There is also a wooden gazebo with a barbecue area. The square can be a place of rest for parents and children. In the apartment, we can accept from 2 to 6 people, the price is negotiable - from 30 to 60 PLN per person, depending on the number of people. We issue VAT invoices. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Apartment "Borówka" - ul. Polna 3, 59-850 Świeradów-Zdrój. The flat is located in a villa located by the stream, at Polna street in Świeradów Zdrój. After a complete refurbishment, beautifully decorated in a modern style. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the perfect location: 5 minutes walk to the main pedestrian street and 10 minutes to the gondola lift. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an armchair and a bedside table, and a living room combined with a large and comfortable kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed, wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers, a large table with chairs, a bench and a TV set. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, pots, tableware and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower and a cupboard. In addition, it is possible to use a separate room for storage of skis, bicycles or other equipment. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Room "Bajka A" - ul. Zdrojowa 10, 59-850 Świeradów-Zdrój. It is a room on a high ground floor of a renovated multi-family building, in the very center of Świeradów, by the main promenade. It is equipped with a TV set, a large bed, a sofa, a comfortable double sofa, a large table with chairs, a wardrobe, a fridge and a kitchenette (electric cooker, kettle, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans). The room has a bathroom with a shower. In the hall you can use a hanger and a dresser. Access to the building is very easy, and there is a large parking lot next to the building. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Room "Bajka B" - ul. Zdrojowa 10, 59-850 Świeradów-Zdrój. Located on a high ground floor in a renovated multi-family building, in the very center of Świeradów, by the main promenade. The room has a TV, a large bed, a comfortable double sofa bed, a large table with chairs, a wardrobe, a fridge and a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, microwave dishes, cutlery, pots and pans). The room has a bathroom with a shower. In the hall you can use a hanger and a dresser. The room has a terrace with garden furniture, from the terrace there is a view of Sępia Góra. During the Christmas and New Year's period prices will be different, individually agreed with the host. Attractions in Świeradów-Zdrój: - The Kwisa Waterfall is an artificially created cascade located in the Kwisa River valley. A charming corner that is a tourist attraction at any time of the year. The waterfall is an ideal place for people who love swimming in cold water. - Czela is one of the peaks in the range of the High Ridge of the Jizera Mountains with a height of 595 m above sea level. It is a popular destination for hiking and cycling. The path to the summit is facilitated by an interactive educational and natural path allowing to get to know the plants and animals inhabiting the Jizera Mountains. - The pump house for radium water is located in the bathing plant, which was built in 1934 and initially functioned under the name Radumbiad. This is one of the three points in the country where you can taste mineral waters rich in radon. These waters are characterized by many pro-health properties. - Spa museum also known as the Museum of Spa Mining. It was founded in 2014. It is located in the basement of the Spa House. In the museum you can learn the whole history of the spa.
