In the first room there are two 2-seater sofas, two armchairs, TV, coffee table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the room with the kitchen there is one 2-seater sofa, a wardrobe and a table for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The buildings are located in a new apartment building equipped with a lift and an underground garage. The estate is closed and guarded 24 hours a day.
