We invite you to our new villa (2017) located at ul. Legionów 21, in the border, green district of Świnoujście, 1 km to the sea and 1 minute to the center. Nearby forest, playground, Mc Donalds restaurant (100 m), UBB train (200 m), numerous shops (Biedronka, Lidl), pizzerias, bars, bike paths.

In our house, on the first floor there are 2 spacious and comfortably equipped independent, 2-room studio apartments with kitchenettes, bathrooms and balconies:

1. Leon Apartment (area 42 m2 + 10 m2 balcony) - independent 2-room apartment with a large balcony, designed for max 4 people,
2. Amsterdam Apartment (area 43.5 m2 + 7 m2 loggia) - a self-contained 2-room apartment with a large loggia, designed for up to 4 people,

and on the second floor 1-room apartments with kitchenettes and bathrooms:

3. London Apartment (area 35 m2, without balcony) - a self-contained 1-room apartment with a large bathroom and kitchen, designed for up to 2 people,

4. Berlin Apartment (area 28 m2, without balcony) - a self-contained 1-room apartment with a bathroom and kitchenette, designed for up to 2 people.

You can park your car free of charge on the premises.

We cordially invite families with small children. We have travel cots, children's bedding, a high chair, a bathtub, a changing table. On the ground floor of the building we also provide a place to store strollers.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises (smoking is allowed outside the building).

-in kitchenettes: fridge, ceramic hob, pressure/drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, pots, etc.

- in rooms: 4-person table (Leon, Amsterdam), 2-person table (London, Berlin), coffee table, armchairs, double bed for 2 people (all apartments), 2 x single bed 90x200 - (Amsterdam), 2 x single bed 80x200 - (Leon), bedside tables, bedding, beach equipment (deckchair, screen, chair), bathroom with shower and toilet (London, Berlin), bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet (Leon), large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet (Amsterdam), anti-burglary external roller shutters in windows (all apartments),

- in the facility: travel cot for a child, high chair for feeding, bathtub, changing table, iron, ironing board,

Reservation and payments related to the stay:
To make a reservation, you must:
- contact us by phone at 669 204 370 to confirm the availability of the date and discuss the details of the reservation,
- pay a deposit of 30% of the fee for the entire stay (or another amount agreed during the phone conversation) to the bank account:

in the transfer title, please provide the name and surname of the guest and the date of stay,
- we do not refund money for unused but booked days of stay,
- in case of cancellation of arrival - the deposit is forfeited,
- parking and wifi are provided to you for free

Other important conditions:
- apartments are rented in 7-day packages or multiples thereof - from Saturday to Saturday,
- check-in hours: arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m.,
- payment for the entire stay on the day of arrival when handing over the keys - cash payment, Blik or express transfer,
- the so-called spa fee should be added to the price, which is PLN 6.38/person/day (2025),
