DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Arkadia Domki Letniskowe is a tourist facility created specifically for families with children!

It is located in the seaside town of Władysławowo, at ul. Scoutów 20, close to the beach.
Each cottage can accommodate a family of 4-8 people at a time.

The facility includes a reception, a playground for children and a spacious, covered playroom with numerous attractions, a volleyball court, a soccer field and an activity field, and a bicycle rental.

During the holiday season, animations for children are organized especially for the youngest guests.

****Where we will sleep? ****

At Arkadia, you choose the standard of the house yourself, exactly as you need it to feel as comfortable as possible with your family.

SAUNA HOUSES IN BIELI (1-year-old, with modern equipment and sauna)

Comfortable wooden houses for 4 - 8 people, with a total area of approx. 58 m2 with a dry sauna connected to a bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower with a shower tray, towels and a hairdryer.
The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair, a 40-inch smart TV, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a table.
The fully equipped kitchenette is connected to the dining room and a table with 6 chairs.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. There are two double beds in each room for up to 4 people, as well as a bedside table and shelves for clothes.
If necessary, we rent cots with mattresses for children.
Each house has its own terrace.
Guests like to organize barbecues there and eat meals together.

MODERN HOUSES (1-year-old, with modern equipment)

4-8 person, comfortable wooden houses with a total area of approx. 58 m2.

The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair, a 40-inch smart TV, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a table.
The fully equipped kitchenette is connected to the dining room and a table with 6 chairs.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms (for 6 people).
Each bedroom has one double bed and one single bed.
If necessary, we rent cots with mattresses for children.
Each house has its own terrace.
Guests like to organize barbecues there and eat meals together.

****What are we gonna eat? ****

Arkadia Holiday Homes have been designed in such a way that families staying there can prepare their own meals. Each of them has a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, induction cooker and electric kettle. It is possible to rent a high chair.
On warm evenings, the terrace and family barbecues are perfect.

Grocery shopping can be done in grocery stores (Biedronka, Żabka, Lewiatan, which are numerous in the vicinity of the facility. There are also local restaurants. There are also bars, fish restaurants and pizzerias nearby.
We will be happy to recommend the proven ones!

****What can you do on the property and in the surrounding area? ****

Arkadia Holiday Homes, specially designed for children and their parents, are equipped with a number of amenities. There is a spacious living room with a separate area for the youngest children and a TV.
In July and August, animations dedicated to little ones are organized 5 times a week.

Children can spend their free time on the playground and use the slides, play football, volleyball, badminton and frisbee.

There is also a sandbox for children. To ensure the complete safety of children, we do not accept reservations with pets. The facility is also fully fenced.

The undoubted advantage of our facility is its location just 1.2 km from the beach in Władysławowo.
The Cetniewo estate, where the houses were built, is located at an ideal distance from crowded streets and the hustle and bustle of the city, thanks to which Arkadia provides peace and dream relaxation to its guests.

The beach is wide and sandy - perfect for sea and sunbathing.
In July and August, ensuring the comfort of your stay, we transport guests to the beach by Melex.
Władysławowo is a suburb of the Peninsula, which creates a huge base for lovers of water sports, paragliding, cyclists, runners and all those who love to spend their holidays actively!

July and August stays from weekend to weekend
September stays from 4 days

Arkadia is a facility dedicated to families with children, so we do not book stays for large groups or pets.
Utilities, parking and animations included in the price (residential tax PLN 2.50 per day per person.)
