Potwierdzeniem rezerwacji jest wpłata zadatku w wysokości 30% całości kwoty za wynajem ,płatne w ciągu 3 dni od dnia rezerwacji.
W przypadku rezygnacji z pobytu zaliczka nie podlega zwrotowi.
W przypadku przyjazdu w terminie późniejszym i wyjazdu w terminie wcześniejszym niż dokonana rezerwacja pobyt podlega pełnej opłacie.
Rozliczenie za pobyt w dniu przyjazdu wraz z opłatą zwrotną kaucji wysokości 1000 zł na pokrycie ewentualnych zniszczeń.
