Water sports enthusiasts will find here ideal conditions for windsurfing and diving (a diving school is nearby), and fish species such as pike, perch, eel and tench await anglers in the first class of water purity. A wooden house with an area of 210m2, with a large 40m2 terrace on the lake side. Fenced plot with an area of 1300m2, forested with tall old pines. There are six double bedrooms in the house. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and three double rooms. On the first floor there are three double rooms and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace overlooking the lake.In the lounge area we have a fireplace, sauna and Jacuzzi with heated water (35 * C) ideal for autumn and winter baths. By the beach there is a large gazebo (50m2) with a stone grill. Additional equipment is a boat, two kayaks, deckchairs. There is a washing machine and iron available in the house. Catering with home delivery is also possible. Near the house there is a fish bar, a bar with homemade dinners, a grocery store.
