I will rent a 100 m, 3-level house in Kashubia with a view of the Guścierz Duży Lake in Sulęczyno (80 m to the lake). House description: ground floor: living room with TV, fireplace with access to a large sunny terrace and a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, upper floor: 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with one double bed, 2nd bedroom with two beds 120 cm each plus a fold-out armchair for 1 person, bathroom, level -1: there is a room with a large tiled stove and a large cornea where an additional person can sleep, plus a fold-out armchair. In the garden there is a shed, a swing for children, there is also a grill, boat, fishing rods (private pier) at guests' disposal. At a distance of 1 km there is a guarded bathing beach and water equipment rental. The house is designed for 5 - 6 people, we provide bed linen and towels. In the summer, the rate is PLN 450/day for the whole house for max. 6 people. In order to book a date, an advance payment of 30% of the stay is chargedAt the end of the stay, media consumption is billed according to meter readings, respectively: - electricity consumption. according to meter readings - cleaning the house after the end of the stay PLN 250 if the tenant does not want to do this work himself. - PLN 500 returnable deposit collected on arrival. Due to the owner's access to hand over and pick up the house, please arrive after 15.00 and leave by 10.00. Possibility to issue an invoice.
