Lavender House is situated in a quiet picturesque village Kurcze, in the municipality of Czersk. The property is located on the edge of the village Kurcze in Bory Dolnośląskie Tucholskie Primeval Forest - forest land, grassland, lakes, wild birds and wild game. The house borders the meadow surrounded by forest. Constructed of wooden bali embedded on the Kamienna podmurówce. Surrounded by a stone terrace at the foot of the flicker two mesh water around the courtyard lined throw the beasts of the field.

- Reserve "Yews" - protected position of the CISA over Czerską Malechowska
- aqueduct in the village of Fojutowo - intersection Czerskiej spray pattern and the great channel of the Brda River. This is the longest (75m) and najmasywniejsza such building in Poland
- Firewall "Mylof" - zpora with picturesque feed-through water and hydroelectric generating station. Here is a great passage of the Brda River
- 1 km to the lake Ostrowite
