The house is located approx. 100 m from the lake. It has a tastefully furnished living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, satellite TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (on the ground floor - including a shower, toilet and sink, and the second one upstairs - with a toilet and sink). Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, grill, terrace and garden furniture. The plot is fully fenced. The house is located near (approx. 100 m) from Lake Somińskie, around which there are guarded bathing areas (approx. 500 m) with the possibility of renting water equipment, a water marina, a sandy beach, a stud farm (approx. 500 m), and for children directly by the lake a new communal playground (approx. 150 m).
