Gorlice - city in Malopolska province in the Kreis gorlicki (county from 1865), and head of the rural commune of Gorlice (Municipality Gorlice) surrounding city Gorlice on three sides. Before 1945 Gorlice belonged to the Cracow voivodeship after the end of World War II entered in the newly created Rzeszów Voivodship.
