Hello. We invite you to relax in Kołczewo near Międzyzdroje. We offer you a year-round house. It is designed for people who value convenience, comfort and the charms of nature. It is located in a quiet and secluded place by the lake.
It is impossible to mention our clean and undisturbed beach Świętouście with a car park. It is surrounded by the Wolin National Park.
Kołczewo is located on the Wolin Island, near the Wolin National Park. It lies on the eastern shore of the lake of the same name. It is a charming and peaceful area for relaxation for the whole family.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kitchen with oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner), bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, three bedrooms, including two with a balcony, from which you can admire the charm of the lake and the nearby forests. The guests can use a terrace, large garden (1700 m2) with a place for a bonfire or barbecue. As well as deckchairs, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The plot is fenced with parking space.
It is a child-friendly home. At their disposal is a playground, trampoline, travel bed, feeding chair, board games. For sports lovers we recommend the nearby Orlik and golf course, and for gourmets fresh fish. You can also go fishing without going too far from home.
From 2019 we also offer a wooden house (See Gray house by the lake e-tourist or accommodation)

We rent the house at Lake Natalia in full. We do not rent individual rooms.
