OUTDOOR AREA:
1) A stream flows through the middle of the resort with three bridges leading to a pool, a playground, a shelter with a grill, and a bonfire area.
2) Outside, there is a place for a bonfire with a tripod grill and a shelter with tables and benches, where you will find a concrete grill as well.
3) During the summer months until late warm days, there is an outdoor pool with heated water.
4) Two Russian-style hot tubs with 3 tons of hot water at a temperature of 38-40 degrees Celsius are prepared upon individual guest orders and are subject to an additional charge.
5) An outdoor sauna in the form of a barrel is located in the riverbed directly above the river, with a 200 cm diameter window overlooking the flowing water. It is prepared upon individual guest orders and is subject to an additional charge.
6) A playground for the youngest with swings, a bridge, climbing elements, etc.
7) A field for handball, darts, etc.

DETAILS ABOUT THE PENSION:
LOCATION AND FACILITIES - BORSZÓWKA Resort, including the pension and cottages, is located a 5-minute drive from the center of Szklarska Poręba (2.1 km), close to the Szklarska Poręba Górna railway station, and is situated on a tourist route that runs through the resort. It is an ideal starting point for main tourist routes, ski lifts, cycling and cross-country skiing trails, ensuring complete relaxation. The stylish facility combines traditional construction elements with modern features to provide the expected comfort for today's guests. The rooms are held to a hotel standard.

ROOMS - The rooms are maintained to a hotel standard. The pension has 7 rooms for 2, 3, and 4 people, as well as one 5-person apartment consisting of two bedrooms, giving it an individual and intimate character. Each room is equipped with a double bed, a comfortable bathroom, LED TV, Netflix, an electric kettle with tea, a mini hotel fridge with a freezer. The rooms come with bed linens, towels, and pool towels.

POOL - An outdoor pool is available from May until the end of warm summer days. It is open-air and has heated water, with dimensions of 4x8m and a depth of 100 cm, primarily designed for children but also for adults. The water temperature is maintained using special panels that collect sunlight.

FOR YOUNG CHILDREN - It is possible to order bathtubs for bathing, potties, toilet seat reducers, step stools, travel cots, and feeding chairs for young children.

BREAKFAST - Breakfast is served in the dining room in buffet form from 08:00 to 10:00.

PETS - Small pets are welcome, but up to 12 kg. They must be able to accept a new place without disturbing other guests and should not participate in shared breakfasts. They are not allowed to roam freely in common areas of the pension without direct supervision, and their toileting is the responsibility of the owners. There is no additional fee for pets, but prior notification is required.

INTERNET - High-speed (ORANGE - fiber optic up to 900Mb) and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

SUMMER TERRACE - Equipped with rattan sofas, armchairs, and tables, the summer terrace is an ideal place for morning coffee/tea and afternoon relaxation with a view of the lively STREAM, meadow, pool, and forest.

WINTER TERRACE - With a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and tables, the winter terrace is the perfect place to spend time in cooler days and evenings. Thanks to its large windows, the view of the stream, the garden, and the warm cozy atmosphere is a great pleasure. The winter terrace is also the best place for livelier parties.

PLAYROOM - For the youngest, a playroom is prepared with foosball, a sound system for children's play, and another room for adults, which some of our guests call a café, others a bar, and we call it the WINTER TERRACE since it is equipped with a fireplace and can accommodate a large number of people, making it an ideal place for louder parties.

BONFIRE AND GARDEN - A spacious area is available in front of the house, where we often organize bonfires with roasting treats on sticks or prepare a communal soup in a cauldron.

PLAYGROUND - For the youngest, we have a playground with four swings, a mini climbing rock, two slides, and an agility module.

VOLLEYBALL COURT - For the youngest and somewhat older guests, we offer a volleyball and badminton court.

SUNBEDS - In addition to a large area of ​​2 hectares, we also provide sunbeds for our guests.

HOT TUBE - A fantastic and relaxing option for spending the evening is the HOT TUBE, which operates similarly to a sauna but with the difference that the pleasure lasts 1-2-3 hours in the 38°C water, rather than 5-15 minutes in a regular sauna. Due to the long process of heating 3000 liters of water, advance notice of at least 8 hours is required before planned use. The hot tube is prepared upon individual guest orders and is subject to an additional charge.

SAUNA - For those who prefer a Finnish sauna rather than the Hot Tube, a Finnish sauna is available to warm up during winter evenings and beyond. The sauna is located outside in the form of an overturned barrel standing above the stream, with an enormous panoramic window of 200 cm in diameter overlooking the stream. The sauna is prepared upon individual guest orders and is subject to an additional charge.

DRYING ROOM FOR SKIERS/SPORTS EQUIPMENT - During winter sports, boots, gloves, and hats require drying. For our sports enthusiasts, we have prepared a special room for drying equipment.

PARKING AND ACCESS - A parking area is prepared right next to the asphalt road, accommodating a large number of cars. The pension is accessible via a gently sloping asphalt road, where any two-wheel-drive car should handle it.
