We are pleased to invite you to a year-round, new, wooden house heated by a maintenance-free pellet fireplace located in Nowa Sikorska Huta (2 km from Gołubie Kaszubskie), on a large fenced plot, 3 km from the lakes, 5 km from the ski lifts on Wieżyca (Koszałkowo and Kotlinka). The cottage is multi-storey, there are two bedrooms that can accommodate 5 people. It is also possible to add another bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette. The living room has a corner sofa (with a sleeping function) and a TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge and necessary utensils). There is also a bathroom with a washing machine on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a large one with two beds (one double and one single) and a small one with two single beds. Towels are prepared for each guest.Each room has shelves for clothes. In front of the cottage there is a covered terrace with a table and benches. There is a fireplace, a playground for children and a volleyball court on the plot. The property is fenced, forested, which creates an intimate environment, located in a quiet and peaceful area of forests, lakes and many tourist attractions (botanical garden, "Upside down house", Wieżyca lookout tower, etc.). The advantage is the lack of holiday centers nearby. The nearest buildings are about 400m away. There is a well-stocked shop 2 km away, and a restaurant, bar and health center 4.5 km away. There are many walking and cycling paths in the immediate vicinity. In the summer season, we rent a house for one or two-week stays, e.g. from Saturday to Saturday. On the day of arrival, the house is at your disposal from 16.00, on the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. The price for the stay is PLN 350 per day for up to 5 people, for each additional person an additional fee of PLN 50 / day. On the day of arrival, we charge a deposit in the amount of PLN 500, which is returned on the day of departure. Booking of arrival is a 30% advance payment.
