OLD MILL HOUSE (www.starymlynszklarska.pl) was created by renovating the Old Mill building and dividing it into two separate houses.

ACCOMMODATION - OLD MILL:
- The Old Mill consists of two identical houses labeled A and B. Each house can accommodate up to 10 people, but it is more comfortable with fewer guests. The amenities include:
- Two bedrooms + a living room with heated floors + a kitchen with a washing machine, a porch, a terrace, and a grill.
- The first bedroom has a configuration of 2+1+1 (double bed + two single beds).
- The second bedroom has a configuration of 2+1+1 (double bed + two single beds).
- The living room has a corner sofa bed for 2 persons.
- The cottage is fully equipped with towels, bed linen, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, and toilet paper.
- Each house has a private garden with a grill (available for version B).

OUTDOOR FACILITIES:
1) A stream flows through the middle of the resort, with three bridges leading to a swimming pool, playground, shelter with a grill, and bonfire area.
2) There is a place for a bonfire outdoors, equipped with a tripod grill, as well as a shelter with tables and benches, and a concrete grill.
3) From early summer to late warm days, there is an outdoor swimming pool with heated water available.
4) There are two Russian baths (hot tubs) with 3 tons of hot water at a temperature of 38-40 degrees Celsius. They are prepared upon individual guest orders and involve an additional fee.
5) An outdoor sauna in the form of a barrel is located on the riverbank directly above the river, with a glass window of 200 cm in diameter providing a view of the flowing water. It is also prepared upon individual guest orders and involves an additional fee.
6) There is a playground for children with swings, a bridge, climbing facilities, and more.
7) A field for playing handball, darts, and other games is available.

AMENITIES IN THE OLD MILL:
- The cottage is equipped with small and large towels, bath towels, and beds with bed linen. Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent are provided, and the bathroom contains liquid soap. The kitchen is equipped with dishwashing liquid, cleaning accessories, and a vacuum cleaner.

POOL - The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to the end of warm summer days and is 4x8m with a depth of 100 cm, mainly for children but also suitable for adults. The water is heated using special panels that collect solar rays, and the water temperature depends on the amount of sunlight.

SAMLL CHILDREN - For small children, bathtubs, potties, toilet seat reducers, and portable children's beds can be ordered to facilitate their stay. The heated floors and washing machine will also make it easier to stay with little ones.

PETS - Pets are allowed as long as they can adapt to the new environment without disturbing other guests and do their business outside the fenced area. There are no additional fees for pets.

KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, including an induction hob with 4 burners, a tall refrigerator with a freezer, a 60cm dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, an electric kettle, and tableware for up to 10 people (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, dishwasher tablets, etc.). There is also a pressure coffee maker and a coffee percolator.

BREAKFAST - Optionally, you can order breakfast at the guesthouse, which can also be delivered to the cottage. However, please confirm with the staff if they can fulfill your request at that particular time.

GRILL - Each cottage has a large grill exclusively for version B, and version A has access to a grill under a shelter.

STREAM - The stream flows right next to the Old Mill's wall and is visible through large windows from inside the cottage.

FIREPLACE - During the heating season, the cottage is heated with underfloor heating, and there is also a semi-automated fireplace for added comfort. The fireplace is fueled by eco-pellets made of compressed sawdust.

RUSSIAN BATH - A wonderfully relaxing Russian bath is available, which operates similarly to a sauna but allows guests to enjoy the 38°C water for 1-2 or even 3 hours, compared to the usual 5-15 minutes in a sauna. Due to the long process of heating 3,000 liters of water, a minimum of 8 hours notice is required for preparations, and there is an additional fee for using the bath.

SAUNA - For those who prefer a Finnish sauna, there is one available as well. The sauna is located outdoors in the form of an overturned barrel right next to the stream, with an enormous panoramic window of 200 cm in diameter providing a view of the stream. The sauna is prepared upon individual guest orders and involves an additional fee.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT DRYING ROOM - For guests engaging in winter and summer sports, such as skiing or hiking, a special room is available for drying equipment like boots, gloves, and hats.

INTERNET - The entire facility has fast (ORANGE - fiber optic up to 900Mb) and free WiFi.

SUN LOUNGERS - There are sun loungers available for guests to comfortably enjoy the surrounding green area.

PARKING AND ACCESS - There is a parking lot available right next to the asphalt road. The access road to the guesthouse is gently sloping and easily navigable by all-wheel-drive vehicles.

ENERGY CHARGE - The energy cost will be settled on the day of checkout based on consumption according to TAURON's tariff.

ECOLOGY - The entire resort is illuminated with LED bulbs, ensuring power consumption per individual point does not exceed 5W! The thermal insulation is at the level of a passive house, and room temperatures are controlled by electronic thermostats, combined with eco-friendly fuel used in the fireplace, making the cottage an eco-friendly place.
