The house is located in Łapalice (4 km from the capital of Kashubia Kartuzy) on a separate, fenced plot of 800 m2, opposite the Łapalickie Lake. On the ground floor of the cottage: bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining area (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, cutlery), living room (2 sofas that can be folded out to sleep), TV, covered terrace. In the attic there is a bedroom with 3 sleeping places. The cottage is open all year round, with gas heating, which is turned on if necessary, also in the summer season. The plot includes: a developed playground for children (a wooden house with a slide and swings, a trampoline), a swimming pool, a hammock, a fireplace, a gazebo.For disposal of guests: grill, deckchairs, garden furniture. The cottage can accommodate up to 7 people at the same time. To the nearest bathing area: 10 min walk. Guarded swimming pool in Garcz: approx. 2 km. The area is very attractive in terms of landscape, ideal for hiking, cycling and active recreation by the water (numerous swimming pools, kayaks, pedal boats, fishing).
