Hello! We offer our guests a beautiful year-round house for relaxation all year round in Fuleda near Giżycko! A wooden house with an area of 80 m2 plus a terrace, very well insulated, comfortable with independent heating and air conditioning! Downstairs there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. equipped bathroom and a large living room with a beautiful fireplace! On the first floor there are two comfortable rooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with three single beds and an additional bathroom! In a separate building on the plot there is a sauna with an electric heater for 6 people. 8 people and a 5-person jacuzzi with hydro massage, rich LED lighting and built-in sound system! On the plot for our guests we have prepared a shelter with a barbecue and a place for a bonfire with a fireplace, as well as a large playground with swings, a house and a slide for our youngest! The plot is very well-kept fenced, lighted, with a large parking lot and monitoring! The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable rest! For our guests we have a Quiksilver 380 fishing pontoon with an electric motor, the house has the Internet, Netflix, games and fun to diversify your stay! Fuleda is a quiet place surrounded by forests and lakes! The beach is about 150 meters away, Lake Dąbskie is a quiet zone and a nature reserve, the beach is very clean and with a gentle descent into the water! The nearest shop is 5 km away, nearby towns are Gizycko - 15 km, Węgorzewo 30 km, Kętrzyn 35 km .An ideal place for hiking, cycling and exploring the area! Please contact us if you have any questions! PRICE LIST. JULY - AUGUST - PLN 800 per day (rental Saturday - Saturday - 7 days). SEPTEMBER-JUNE - PLN 600-800 per day (price depends on the date and length of stay) (minimum 2 days, except for the World and long weekends, minimum 3 days (price agreed individually) The house is designed for 6 people - max 8 people by prior arrangement! We accept pets provided that the pets are left tidy. Reservation is possible after paying a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay. Refundable deposit of PLN 500, we prepare a rental agreement - we do not issue a VAT invoice! We have a professional fishing and recreational boat for rent, 5-seater, with two electric engines, echo sounder, and a basic fishing set - Price for guests of our cottage is PLN 150 per day!
