HOUSE DESCRIPTION: All-year-round, heated, solidly insulated, new (year of construction 2021) exclusive house with an area of approximately 47m2 of usable space. Intended for 6 people * with the possibility of an extra bed * for an additional fee (mattress on your own). The house is exclusively available to our guests, situated on a large, fenced plot (entirely at your disposal). The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the woods (birds singing in the morning instead of loud tourists returning from nightlife). A straight road leads to the lake, only 600m on foot and beautiful forests all around (in autumn, a paradise for mushroom pickers).
